ON A SNOWY CHRISTMAS EVE
Santa leaves the cold of the North Pole to travel with his reindeer to the land down

under where the night becomes very hot.

Not used to the heat of the tropics, Santa’s reindeer become tired and need to rest.

Sonar the whale, along with some outback friends, arrive to assist Santa in delivering

Christmas presents to all the children in Australia and New Zealand.

This is the untold story of Santa’s Christmas adventure down under...

Gayle was born and brought up in New Zealand, married in 1966 and had three children. The family moved to Australia in 1979. She now has six grown grandchildren. All her life she had Christmas in the summer that was always associated as cold with snow. For many years she wanted to write a book on Christmas in the sun. So that is how Santa Down Under came about.
